2. Seller Commission
Yenkasa Store charges a 10% commission on all successful sales made through the platform.

- Payment processing.
- Customer support.
- Marketing and platform development.
In some promotional periods, Yenkasa Store may temporarily reduce or remove the commission.
3. Payments

4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or promotion, all delivery charges are paid by the buyer.
Delivery fees may depend on:

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the seller and location.
Typical delivery times:
- Accra: 1-3 business days.
- Outside Accra: 2-7 business days.
- Imported or preorder items: according to the seller's stated timeline.
Failed Deliveries
A delivery may fail if:
- The buyer provides the wrong address or phone number.
- The buyer is unreachable.
- The buyer refuses the order without valid reason.
Additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
5. Refunds and Rejected Orders
Yenkasa Store holds seller payments until delivery has been completed and confirmed.
If a seller fails to deliver an order within 1–3 business days after the expected delivery date, and no valid reason or update is provided, the order may be cancelled and the buyer will receive a full refund.
If the delivered product is different from what was ordered, significantly different from the description, damaged, fake, incomplete or incorrect, the buyer may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a refund, the buyer may be required to provide:
- Photos or videos of the product received.
- A description of the issue.
- Proof of delivery or communication with the seller.
Where required, the buyer must return the product to the seller before a refund is issued. Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and confirmed by the seller or by Yenkasa Store.
Refunds may be approved when:
- The seller fails to deliver the order.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is significantly different from the description.
- The item is damaged before or during delivery.
- The seller cannot fulfil the order.
Refunds may not be granted when:
- The buyer changes their mind after delivery.
- The buyer ordered the wrong product or size.
- The buyer provided the wrong address or phone number.
- The product has been used, washed, damaged or altered by the buyer.
- The complaint is made more than 48 hours after delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days to the buyer’s original payment method.
6. Prohibited Products

- Counterfeit or fake products.
- Dangerous products.
- Weapons.
- Adult or restricted content.
- Stolen goods.
- Fraudulent products.
